The Fire Horse asks us to rise: to move with passion, purpose, and fire. This circle is the threshold between the two. This policy ensures we can hold sacred space for your transformation and maintain the integrity of our scheduling for all clients. Cancellation Policy: 24+ Hours Notice: Full reschedule available at no charge Less Than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee applies No-Show: 100% charge will be processed Why This Policy Exists: When you book a session, we reserve dedicated time and energy specifically for your healing journey. This time cannot be offered to other clients seeking support, and preparation for your unique healing begins immediately upon booking. Rescheduling: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule with 24+ hours notice, we're happy to find a new time that works for both of us at no additional charge. Emergency Situations: True emergencies (medical situations, family crises) will be handled with compassion and flexibility. Please reach out to discuss your specific circumstances.
